FREE STATION BUILDINGS

I have seen in LEMKES web-site, that styropor plast is fit for use to make buildings and stands outdoor for the winter. If itīs true, why not try. Styroporboxes are of no cost in the supermarket. In this summer 2000 I have made 3 stationbuildings and a roundhouse of no costs except glue, concreate paint and roofcover. I have used concreate paint because oil paint will dissolve the foamplastic. First using concreate paint all over, you can use normal oil paint afterwards.Of course, constructionskits are more neat, but you can make buildings as seen in your own country. Let us see, if it will work. If not, you havenīt lost your money.
Now, we are in Marts 2001. The snow is gone, but the buildings are still there, undammaged. It works!
