Not many tertiary branchlines (branchline to a branchline) are left in Western Europe today. Mostly they are for fun at the tourists. When You ever have an extra day in Paris, I should propose to You to make a trip with the Blanc - Argent. It is a narrow gauged 1 meter branch line from Salbris to Luçay-le-Mâle. Only one train per day is running all the route, but donīt avoid the end of the line from Valençay to Luçay-le-Mâle, itīs a trip from nowhere to absolutly nowhere. Here You will have a kick back to the 50ī. Be carefull to make Your plan, or You will not return to Paris that day.
